Frozen entrees and take-out food, while convenient, is loaded with salt and preservatives. You may save preparation time, but your family's health and well-being suffers in the long run. Chef Derek will interview you to discover your likes and dislikes. This will also give me a chance to see if you have any dietary, medical or health restrictions. I prefer to do this in the comfort of your home to give me a chance to survey your kitchen area as well. If you don’t see anything that temps your palate or if you want to be adventurous, I can and will create custom menus according to your culinary needs. I will purchase all the fresh ingredients for your meals. I will leave your kitchen spotless so all you are left with is the aroma of great cuisine. I will also portion, package, label, and store your food so it will be ready for you whenever you’d like to enjoy it. You will be given warming instructions so your meal will taste as if it was just prepared.
