My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Chef Derek Brewington.  We made chicken parmiagana and pasta with homemade tomato sauce.  The food was amazing and Derek is great to explain all the steps and show several tips and tricks.  I would do it again for sure!

  While caring for my mother who was temporarily staying at my home recovering from surgery, I was blessed with an indescribable gift from some dear friends.  They arranged with Derek Brewington to deliver five home cooked meals for two to my mother and me.  Derek arrive at the sceduled time with the meals, provided a description of each of the meal, and gave concise reheating instructions.  The meals were packaged in Pyrex for ease of reheating via microwave or conventional oven.  Imagine my surprise when he shared that the dishes were mine to keep.

 The portions were generous and the food was delicious.  After consuming the first meal of spaghetti and meatballs with garlic bread on the first day, I raced home each subsequent day to enjoy my meal.  The last meal of salmon, wild rice and asparagus, was just as enjoyable as the first.  I highly recommend the personal chef services of Derek Brewington.  You will not be disappointed!

 My wife and I recently had a wonderful dinner prepared by Chef Derek in our home. This was our first experience to have a professional chef prepare a meal in the comfort of our home. We were impressed with not only the quality of ingredients and presentation but also customer service of basically “sit back, relax and enjoy”.

 Due to our hectic daily schedules this was convenient providing for a totally relaxed evening, absolutely no hassle. 

It was a pleasurable experience and we look forward to having another.

 The personal chef service provided by A Touch of Klass for my son's graduation party was simply superb.  They were flexible and accommodating at a time when we were trying to manage chaos. His team helped to plan the overall affair (and to a large degree, helped to refine and expand the party possibilities), shopped for miscellaneous items, designed the physical set-up, catered certain foods, and managed the entire serving and food preparation process in such a way that my family was allowed to just float around and be gracious hosts to our many guests without worrying about the food aspects. They did not miss a beat ... from planning to implementation.  Needless to say, in our opinion, A Touch of Klass is just a "classy" personal chef business.

The Alpha Worship Center had the pleasure of connecting with Chef Derek Brewington for our Senior Pastor’s Anniversary Fellowship.  We had never hired a personal chef to cater any of our functions, so we didn’t know what was or was not too much to ask for or expect. We contacted Touch of Klass Chef, and expressed our desires and catering needs and much to our surprise we not only received a price that was a blessing but what we received far exceeded our expectations.  Chef Brewington was able to create an excellent menu for four including a vegetarian meal for one.  The food quality was excellent and the personal serving with a detailed description of the meals was exceptional.  He even surprised us by coordinating our Pastor’s table to fit the color scheme we already had in place.  We will not hesitate to use his professional service again.
